The app took a while to understand, but Sam is extremely helpful in explaining the issue and teaching you how to fix the problem. Was looking for an app to use for reservations and this is perfect. Will definitely be using it for other appointments/etc. The key thing I learned is to ensure that the date specified for a service is also matching the date of the team/team member so the booking becomes available. I use Vendor Puppets to keep track of vendor sales on consignment and it is EVERYTHING you can ask for. Navigation is very easy and each page design is clear and user friendly. Kriang is such a kind and helpful person. He always addresses any questions or concerns that I have within 12 hours or less. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for something helpful, easy and worth it!
