Easy to use, just does what it says. UX of the review component is great and compact without overtaking the product pages. No complaints!
Free trial finished and we got charged 3x in one day. Really put us off ever using / trusting this app again.

I mean, it was reasonable easy to setup & find our way around it... But it never actually sent any abandoned cart emails, which meant we had to stop using it & cancel our account. Was pretty disappointing tbh.
