I tried another bundle app that had great reviews but once I started using it, it was obvious that the interface was designed by a coder. It was incredibly confusing and didn't even provide that much functionality and customization, so I decided to find a better app. That's when I came across Bundle Products. Wow. So much simpler and so much functionality! The chat support is INCREDIBLE. I work late at night and despite the late hours, they were quick to respond and helped me fix issues and add the customizations I needed. If they don't offer a specific functionality that you need, they'll forward the suggestion to the app development team. Super happy with this app. Can't recommend it enough.

I love the functionality but the interface is a little convoluted and takes a minute to figure out. After tinkering with the app, I was able to set up the discount I needed. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions. Would use it again.

2nd UPDATE: Route was working fine on my website for a few months then randomly stopped. The toggle wouldn't turn on and my customers could not add it to their purchases. I tried contacting Route via 3 different methods. It has been over a week and no response. UPDATE: After seeing my review, a Route rep contacted me. It seems they were not receiving my support requests. He was very helpful and got the app installed correctly on my website. It is working properly, no complaints. PREVIOUS REVIEW: There's no support whatsoever. Wrote them several times and received no response. Couldn't get the app installed properly. I worry that if my customers actually need to file a claim, it'll end up getting ignored like my support requests.

Absolutely love this app. It has great functionality and the support team is knowledgeable and responsive.

VERY quick and helpful customer service. Unlike other apps that only have support during the middle of the night on weekdays (India time), I was able to get support with my issues right away, no matter what day or time. Highly recommend this app! It has a lot more optionality than the Shopify product reviews and it’s also perfect for someone who has one-of-a-kind products like me and prefers store-wide reviews rather than product reviews.
