This software is absolutely great! The team was very helpful in answering inquiries and also allowed for some customization to cater it perfectly to my business. I would highly recommend this to everyone in need of a Help Desk solution.

This app was down more often then it was up. Was told that it couldn't generate invoices due to server overload. Would be told its fixed, work for an hour or two then back down, sometimes not even.
