The chatbot's AI responses are very good and often avoid the need for human intervention. The Instagram message retrieval could be improved, but the tool is comprehensive, especially with its FAQ page.

It’s a great app. I do wish there were more customization options available on the free plan, but I’m still happy with what’s included. It’s really valuable for small shops, even with current limitations. I plan to upgrade to the paid plan once my order volume increases significantly. Kelly was very helpful in resolving an issue where the bot wasn’t recognizing my product information when customers asked questions. Thanks!

This is the best AI Chatbot on the market. It has everything. And when I need help setting something up I get access to live support. I had the pleasure of being helped by Kelly and she is amazing. Just installed MooseDesk app to enable an AI and Live Chat experience for our customers on our store. It was easy to set up, with user navigation very straight forward. Needed help putting our logo on the chat widget and on email notifications to customers and Thomas at MooseDesk was awesome -> very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and got it all sorted for us immediately. So far so good, we are off to a great start using MooseDesk.
