Great app, help me a lot on my notifications. The support is quick and helpful as well. The paid plan is worth it
responsive at first, but I can't reach them anymore, we are having trouble fetching the gift message order attributes.

App works great. Had some trouble with email responses from them but nothing that couldn't be resolved. They were really great & helpful folks. They definitely tried to reach out when they found my negative review which just goes to show that they want to live up to the standard that they are supposedly known for - which is a great thing.
