The app suddenly stopped working without any notice, changes were made without us knowing, and now there’s a popup switcher blocking checkout — plus the site is showing as http instead of https which is a security concern, it feels like the app’s been abandoned.

Couldn't live without it. Feature-rich, easy to use, with a really affordable pricing model. A must have if you are advertising. EDIT: We’ve used this app for three to four years across multiple stores, and while it’s one of the cheapest options, it’s far from flawless. Recently, we discovered issues like Meta’s catalog match score being consistently low (as bad as 10%) and the feed not syncing properly. Support has been painfully slow, often taking up to two days to reply, meaning even simple issues can drag on for over a week. Their documentation is extensive but poorly organized, making it difficult to find answers. We had enough confidence in the app to opt for a yearly subscription, but now, after these issues, we’re trying to leave. Even requesting a refund has been a struggle, with support still unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups.

I switched from a popular, low-cost feed app that I wasn’t satisfied with. Its outdated interface, unhelpful support, and hard-to-navigate documentation left a lot to be desired. Switching to this app has been a completely different experience. While it’s a bit pricier, it’s nothing compared to a dedicated ad account budget. The interface is modern and intuitive, and customer support is outstanding. Noel helped me set everything up, ensuring no duplicate pixel events and proper configuration. This level of support is exactly what I needed. While we’ll need more time to assess the data accuracy, I’m feeling very positive about it.
