App down / no customer service, impossible to contact If I could put 0 stars I would. This greatly impacted our performance and business
We’ve been using this app for several years and have previously experienced occasional short periods of downtime due to an expired SSL certificate. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again nearly two weeks ago, but this time it appears the app is facing deeper problems and is still not working. This ongoing outage has caused significant disruption to our business. We requested an update with a rough timeline for resolution, but after waiting all week without an answer, we have no choice but to uninstall and switch to a different app.
This just stopped working and is now showing an error in console and when trying to access the app the page shows as hijacked.
Your App SSL is expired from 17th august 2025 and even I'm unable to contact you through contact from. Please resolve the issue at your earliest convenience. otherwise unfortunately we have to switch the app.
The app stopped working and I have tried everything to get it back online. I tried contacting support but I just get error messages back. No communication from the company. This is causing MAJOR issues with our websites and is costing us time and money. We have no choice but to switch apps now. Extremely unprofessional.
The app suddenly stopped working without any notice, changes were made without us knowing, and now there’s a popup switcher blocking checkout — plus the site is showing as http instead of https which is a security concern, it feels like the app’s been abandoned.
It suddenly stopped working on all 3 of our stores and cost us money. We couldn't even contact the support in the app, there was some kind of error. It also says security certificate is expired.

The app was a little confusing for me at first but their customer service team is great and was able to make a template for me very quickly!
App functions as designed, but we have had occasional issues where it has fallen over during high traffic events like Black Friday. When this happens it cripples the website because it waits for a long time trying to load unavailable scripts. At $5.99/month it is reasonably priced for what it does. Unfortunately, attempting to install it on another store we were confronted with a minimum price of $39/month, simply because we're on Shopify Plus. It seems that the developer seeks to price gouge anyone on higher Shopify plans "just because", which is disappointing.
This app works well, but it has stopped working silently on more than one occasion due to hosting issues - i.e. the server that hosts the script that this app uses is unavailable or returns no or invalid data. When this happens - as you'd expect - the redirection stops working, and you might only find out when customers who ought not to be able to access a website suddenly can, etc. If the hosting for the app's scripts were more reliable I'd not hesitate to recommend them. They ought to be using something like AWS to ensure uptime. 2024 UPDATE: At some point the developer has made the pricing based on Shopify subscription level, for no reason that I can see other than greed. You can't choose to have minimal functionality on a Plus store, you have to pay the top rate. Disappointing, and rules this out for future deployments.
The app works just as you expect and their support is friendly and quick to respond when you have questions.

We got quick help from Cozy app support member Emma to add a really nice country selector with round flags on our mobile site top bar according to our design specification. This will make it much easier for our customers to select which of our stores (Sweden / EU) they want to shop on. Highly recommend thanks to good functionality and great support.

Quick to set up with templates to make it easier - plus when I couldn't get one bit to work properly (user error), they showed me where I had gone wrong, plus implemented it for me - all within the day.
Amazing app! I'm using for +2 years to redirect clients between my stores and I never had a problem. It is user friendly, smooth, and works well. Recently I wanted to customize a template even more that the standard customization we can do, and the support team creates a new template for me within 24 hours! Really recommend the app.
App works as expected. Although I wouldn't necessarily say its user friendly the support has been fantastic and makes up for it - thank you!

Great app for multiple of our stores. We have tried other apps before, and Cozy Country redirect is definitely our preferrred app for country re-directs. We had a specific request which we couldn't solve with the standard templates, and the Cozy team helped us out immediately. This app has been very useful for redirects, and notification bars/popups. Is reliable and the support has been excellent over the years we have used this. Being able to display notification bars based on location has been very effective for us.

Great app, does everything it says it does without harming your SEO. Easy to use and redirects users quickly and effortlessly.
Very essential app if you want to work in different countries. We use it for 3 stores with different currencies and language. The customers should feel a seamless journey when they come from different countries. This app is able to solve this problem, and the staff is also helpful with extra requests.
We used this app for nearly 3 years with no problem, but they seem to have updated something just before black friday!!! WHY???? The update has now scrambled the languages and checkout. Redirect no longer work, I have tried these with Express VPN and although in the past they used to work now the customer has to manually change language and currency. Also when you have a specific language for the site let's say English and you try to checkout, then you end up on checking out in French!. Then when you click back home from checkout you can see that the language has changed to French despite being located in UK or US! We have lost thousands of dollars in revenue during Black Friday and still do! Any major changes and updates need to be done prior to Black Friday and tested through out. Not happy at all, also they don't work over the weekend so you basically waste thousands in lost revenue. Not happy at all!
