I’ve been using the Simprosys app for a couple of years now and have been very happy with both the functionality and the support. Their team is not only fast to respond but also genuinely helpful when things get complicated. I recently had a mix up with some of my feeds, and Nehal took the time to fix everything and clearly explain how it all works so I could understand it properly. That level of support makes a big difference. Highly recommend this app to anyone managing Google Shopping feeds.

Amazing app and great support I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible help and support. From day one, Harsh went above and beyond. He even jumped on a call with me and patiently explained everything I had questions about. But the main reason I’m writing this review is to highlight their amazing support with custom coding for one particular product. A special shoutout to Asif and Ishan, who handled the custom script and code changes; amazing job, guys. It hasn’t been long since I started using this app, but I already love how easy it is to use and how great it looks on my product pages. I especially like that you can add free gifts or add-ons directly on the product page with multipacks. And the fact that you can display images for bundle options is something I haven’t seen in any other app. Overall, I’m really happy with both the app and the support team. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been using Monster Cart App for a couple of months now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The functionality is excellent, and the app is easy to set up and customise. At first, I was hesitant to try it because I wasn’t sure about the cart design, but that concern was totally unjustified, as you can customise it to look exactly how you want. What also stands out is the amazing support team. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference.

I have been using this app for several months, mostly the Frequently Bought Together feature. The app is great, but I had an issue with fonts not matching my shop fonts. I reached out to the team, and Veena solved the issue with no problems in under 10 minutes. I really appreciated that, and it makes me confident to continue using the app, knowing the support is right there when I need it (without the need to wait for someone to get back to me after several hours or even days - like with some other apps).

I only started using this app about two weeks ago. I switched from Stamped.io because of the inclusions. So far, I am happy with the app, and the support is excellent. I have needed help three times already with some issues and correct settings, and they solved the problem in no time.
