Very good customer service. Interface has changed since I last used the tool, but the features are more robust and they are there to help you optimize the app capabilities.

This app took me a little while to get set up (1 day), however, the instructions were clear and Tanie was able to guide each step of the way. Super helpful, and the fact that they have 24/7 support is great too.

This app has been pretty seamless as compared to others, and I find it generally easy to use. The best part is that Omar and the service team is awesome. They have 24/7 support and are their to guide and/or facilitate solutions right away. I've never had an issue. I would recommend this app for Etsy product syncs.
