Customer Service was fantastic! The Product is not intuitive by nature, however, Customer Service Support was responsive to my issue. The Support Representative, Ben, was exceptionally knowledgeable and very dedicated to resolving my Connector issues. Ben checked with me EVERY step of the way, and he boosted my morale getting through the Connector application process. Thank You, Ben!
Great tool and great service. Easy to get started. I did a lot of research on review software and I am not disappointed.
