App is super clean and easy to set up with the best buyer experience. Has always been a breeze to setup on multiple stores and the customer support is responsive and fantastic!

I use Kno to help segment our new vs. existing customers and use it as intel for what new products to add. Something my team and I review every week. If you aren't surveying your customers you are missing out on critical insight right in front of your nose.

The simplest upsell app I have used yet. Really like how they have the three offer types right out of the box that you can just tweak rather having to do it all from scratch. They do give you the powerful engine to tweak it as well. Analytics are very actionable as well and not just vanity metrics. Excited for them to add more places I can use their recommendations so I can use it for all the other use cases too.
