Anne from Customer Service was SO helpful! Quickly fixed the issues and things I missed and provided such great help to customise and get the app looking how I needed to suit my website. The BEST customer service I have experienced from a Shopify app - absolutely recommend this app. It also had more features than I expected, love it!! So essential for any e-comm store.

The AI Chatbot saves us soooo much time answering all the common questions about my products. My team was doing it over email and it would take up ALOT of our day. Now that we've input the knowledge, the AI system answers all the simple questions so easily.

I explained to the team what I was hoping to achieve and they took the initiative to completely set it up for me. Absolutely thrilled with the service and so glad I found their app. The rules are so easy to customise and I tried 4 other apps before this one... so glad I got the best app in the end!

Incredible help & support - the best I have ever received from an app on Shopify. Pearl guided me through the whole set up & even tweaked things to match our website perfectly. She was so helpful, kind and forward thinking. We had downloaded this app due to other issues with a different backorder app and Pearl was able to figure out the problem & give us the solution straight away. So grateful for her & this easy to use app!!
