We’ve been using Tidio’s Lyro AI Agent along with their automated Flows and have been very happy with the results. Our AI resolution rate is around 90%, which has helped us significantly reduce the number of customer service inquiries our team needs to handle manually. Overall, Tidio has been a great addition to our customer support setup!

We’ve been working with Tidio since late 2025, beginning with development and implementation before going live in February. We currently use the platform across email, chat, and social media support. One of the biggest strengths has been the level of partnership and access we’ve had to Tidio’s experts, technical teams, and internal resources. As our needs have grown, they’ve continued to push new features and functionality that help support higher volume and a more complex operation. Lyro has also been a valuable tool for our team and continues to play an important role as we expand our use of AI within customer support. There are still areas we would like to see evolve, particularly the ability to automatically assign email tickets to help prevent cherry-picking, which is an important challenge in contact center operations. Overall, our experience with Tidio and their team has been very positive, and we look forward to continuing the partnership as the platform develops.

So far I am very impressed with the Tidio system with Lyro! The full extent of the services can optimize customer service all in one platform and allow AI to automatically answer repetitive questions, and escalate questions when appropriate.

Tidio is very user-friendly and easy to get started with. The seamless integration with Shopify makes managing customer chats and store activity straightforward. However, there are a few notable drawbacks. The 7-day free trial feels far too short, especially for growing businesses that are actively building their brand and need more time to fully test and set up all features. Additionally, customization options feel somewhat limited or uncertain depending on your store's setup. The biggest downside has been customer support—responses have been very slow, and in some cases, I haven't received a reply at all. Improving support response times and extending the trial period would make this a much better experience for new store owners.

Nouveau sur Tidio, je suis encore dans la découverte mais je le trouve très intuitif avec un bon support. J'espère encore découvrir des fonctionnalités et des automatismes qui me permettront d'améliorer la navigation et le service au client.

NOT FRIENDLY! TIDIO doesn't allow you to export any of your store's customers' questions and your answers.

I appreciate the Tidio app. It makes responding to customer queries much more efficient. I appreciate that I can feed it a ton of background knowledge on the business and website and it synthesizes it for me.

User friendly, Lyro is helpful. The phone app could be better, a tad difficult to navigate compared to desktop, but overall very helpful for our business!

Great app, we used this for a period of time and switched to Zendesk as we are more email focused but a month later and we are back as the Lyro Livechat agent is just too and solved so many queries before they even became an email ticket

We were nervous about adding a different chatbot because we'd tried other tools that felt clunky, but this one was easy from day one. Our whole team picked it up fast and our customers seem to actually like chatting with it.

Its good and works great. It needs fine tuning but that is on me. Lots of work but I wish it was able to update knowledge easier like chatGPT. Waiting for the tone update so I can change how LYRO talks. Also communication and handoff of Flow/Lyro either way can be tricky.

I tried multiple times to get help from your onboarding staff. had a couple of good meetings with them and then they ghosted me and did not answer any of my emails. Really wish they had helped implement the app.
