I created a bill to pay our family LLC rent for my office space after moving operations into a floor of my home. Two payments failed and Melio insisted on "proof" of me renting my space via utility bill under my business name. I use bill pay from multiple banks and have never needed "proof" to set up a bill pay. I uploaded an invoice, into the bill pay, but that was not sufficient to prove I'm renting part of my home. Crazy.
I'd been using the free version of this app for sometime and have been happy with it. I decided to upgrade with the black priday promo. Pearl has been helping me and after I upgraded, offered to update colors to make the app cohesive with my shop. I love it! Thank you Pearl!

I had some questions that I could not get resolved from YouTube videos so I decided to use the chat function. I'm so glad that I did. Lee-ann was such a great help! My issues were resolved promptly, and she was extremely kind and helpful.
