We’ve been using BiteSpeed for our D2C business, and it has been a really useful platform for us. What we like most is that we can manage multiple customer engagement activities in one place — from WhatsApp marketing and automated messages to AI calling and customer communication. We’ve tried using different platforms for these requirements, but managing multiple tools can become complicated. BiteSpeed has helped us bring many of these activities under one roof. Another big reason we’ve continued with BiteSpeed is our POC, Payal Ji. Whenever we face an issue..whether it’s related to campaigns, messaging, integrations, or any new requirement...she is always available to help. Even when something needs to be checked with the internal team, she follows up and makes sure we get a proper resolution. For a growing D2C brand, this kind of support makes a big difference. Having a platform is one thing, but having someone who actually takes ownership when there is a problem is equally important.
