Timesact has been a really useful preorder and back-in-stock email notification solution for our store once we got familiar with how it works. The UI takes a little getting used to, but it offers lots of helpful features (the back-in-stock email notification is a must-have). The best part is the support team — they respond quickly and are always super willing to help with any questions. We ran into some compatibility issues with a couple of our other apps, but the Timesact team really took our request seriously and worked with us to find a solution. Really awesome of them to help us out like that.
We are extremely pleased with the All-In-One migration service provided by LitExtension. Their ability to come up with optimal solutions for e-commerce websites and answer any questions during the process was impressive. They also consistently exhibit their dedication to support the project by responding to detailed emails and maintaining regular contact with clients. In our case, the discussion regarding customization of the migration took some time, but our personal assistant Harry and his team were always there answering all the questions with patience. We highly recommend LitExtension for their exceptional service in large-scale and complex data migration.
