I use this app on Japanese shop. It works well. I can customize by myself easily. Additionally when I had a problem, the support team captured the problem exactly and quickly solved it. I recommend this app.

It’s very easy to change from Shopify product review to Loox. I’d like to customize in Japanese next.
It’s really difficult to customize. I can’t put Japanese characters when I edit on pop up. I’ll come back after it developed.
