**EDITED** The developer went out of their way to correct the issue and made it right. I had this app installed simply to test out subscription services. It was installed for 4 years then randomly this year they started charging me $19.95 a month for having it installed unused.

Got better over the years. Does the job. Changing subscriptions when eg price changes or applying a new rule, requires assistance. Assistance is very good though when you are able to work around time zones and weekends.

One day the app doesn't work anymore. Always send this error: errors/app_permissions?error=eyJlcn... and i have all credentials to use it. The worst, RecurrinGo don't have a communication channel to talk about this problem. If i can give you -10 star ill do it.

It has done what it said it will do. Great app. It's just not what I'm looking for as my needs are very specific (subscription option visible only to a few login customers and not all). However, I'll recommend this app to regular retail and online stores.

Great app. Great support. Love the pricing. We added Subscription & Recurring Order around a month ago and have nothing but positive reviews so far. Setup and integration with our existing discount app was flawless, and the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Importantly, this app supports auto renew, which, to my initial surprise, is not the case with all subscribe & save apps out there. My only comment is that the admin dashboard could use some improved features to help manage subscriptions. But even there, the developers are actively working to improve the user experience and are grateful for the feedback. I hope to see several features added in the near future, and I look forward to continue working with SpurIT. Several features that would be great to have: - Sort and filter your active subscriptions to prepare for upcoming invoices. - Generate automated email reminders to our staff. That would be insanely helpful!

Great subscription app! Easy to use and integrates easily. Staff is super responsive and helpful too. Definitely recommend.

It works ok, but you can't export your data of, say, "active subscribers". It also wont notify the merchant upon subscription cancelation. They say to look and cancel the memberships by hand after they payments stop. Not very scaleable and need to switch to another sub app (and reset up our current subs, I would pass on this one...)

I was having issues integrating the widget but their customer support was beyond superb and someone helped me within 10 minutes to get it all running! Recommending this app 100%- It does the job but even more satisfied with your customer support team! Thank you!

I tried to install this app, then decided to go with another one. But after I uninstalled this app, it left a bunch of JUNK CODE at the bottom of my web pages and this code is displayed below the footer in all my pages!!!! PLEASE do not use this app. UPDATE 1: There were 5 files left behind by this app even after it was uninstalled. I was able to comment out the code in all these files and temporarily fixed the issue. BUT, a more permanent solution is required. UPDATE 2: I upgraded the review to 2 stars because the customer rep contacted me right away and sent a link with details on which files need to be deleted from the theme.

If customer adds both a normal product and subscription product it only charges delivery once. Well done !
