Great visual review app, but the backend can be a bit difficult to navigate sometimes. Rain from the support team is always very helpful!
Visually, this is the best review app on Shopify, every function is thought carefully to help the store convert. The support team is great, they are always there to help. I had a bit of an issue regarding the widget loading speed, but the guys helped solve this.
