Hard start, but excellent technical and commercial support in the end We’ve been using Ali Reviews for over 2 years. Recently we faced a serious issue with the Amazon importer and SEO schema. While the initial support was a bit slow, once the management and the DEV team (shoutout to Lauren and Dawn) stepped in, they took our feedback seriously. They fixed the technical bugs and offered us a very fair long-term deal to compensate for the downtime. It’s a powerful tool, and it’s good to know they stand behind their long-term customers when things get complicated. Recommended for their commitment to fixing issues.

This is the worst app in Shopify Store i am not sure why this app has 4.8 star. I enabled the yearly subscription only to find out that the app is not compatible with my store design and they refused to refund my money they are criminals. The stupid girl Lauren said they do not refund yearly subscription! idiot! it's my money and when your product isnt working you dont keep someones money its called stealing - i literally messaged you less than 5 hrs after the subscription was made to cancel it

Review Update as of 12 January 2026 It is nearly impossible to get any simple or basic request done by their support team. We have asked for 5 very simple features and edits, they said that the dev team mentioned its not possible. Given how desperate we needed those features, we started developing some of them ourselves. To our surprise, it took us <1 hour to develop 2 out of 5 requested features. Needless to say, these are all very simple fixes to their layout. Mostly CSS edits and changes, due to their inconsistent designs to begin with. For example, the review carousel cannot show if a review is a verified review or not. Yet, the review box can show if the review is verified. However, if you want to edit the review box design to be like a carousel, then it will affects every single placement across the entire store. Ridiculous! A single global setting, yet no way to customize it per page template. Despite raising our concerns numerous times, the dev team just does not care. I will not even mention the security breach (or data exposure) that they did not know about which was in their app for 2 years! It exposed every single customer email associate with a review to the frontend. Any store that had ali reviews installed on it would have had their customer's email exposed in the front end, and funny enough, indexed by Google and showing in SERPs!!! Our final verdict: the app works fine, and it does the job for many e-commerce stores. However, they do not listen to their customers and could care less about your store growing and requiring simple edits to their app UI. You will get the usual "we have added your feature to our long forever feature list". Which is not even accessible to the public, and no way you could see a change log or feature request roadmap. 0 transparency. ---------------------------------------- Great experience using the app, customer support available 24/7 to support with any questions or concerns you face. We have been using this app for 2+ years and it has been a smooth experience thus far. Highly recommend it!

Excellent app and customer service. I asked if it was possible to add star ratings to product cards and they happily connected to my store to set it up for me. The widgets are also very visually appealing. Highly recommend.

They delete the live chat, so if we have a problem, we cant contact them, horrible service

We understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to reach support, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To understand the issue better, we have looked into this on our end. Here is what we found: 1. Our team tested the live chat performance and confirmed that it is stable for all users. We also used a VPN to change our location to Peru and were still able to see the live chat properly. https://prnt.sc/HEir5xpdyQKB 2. We also confirmed that we are still receiving messages from other users. During the time you tried to contact us on October 17th, we had 84 ongoing conversations on live chat. https://prnt.sc/z6jy42CYf0v8 When checking, we found that the live chat might be not displayed when the browser is fully stored caches or when a network is private. Here are few ways to make it display again in-app: * Please try to clear your browser's caches. * Check if there are any IP blocks or firewalls on your end that might be interfering. * You could also try using a VPN plugin like 1.1.1.1 https://one.one.one.one/.
