Super fast response on a fairly complicated issue with applying Shopify Discounts in addition to Volume Boost discounts. Hats off to Kenan who not only quickly identified the issue but programmed the solution into our cart code right away. Stellar!

After an app update we had some challenges repeating a print process that had worked before the update. We received a very speedy reply and helpful tips on how to solve our challenge. Excellent customer service!

This was the first app we found that allowed us to edit the templates to suit our specialized business practices. In particular, the packing slip template could be modified to sort SKU's in vendor order...super useful! Also, the help team has been very quick to respond on all occasions with special coding requests and has provided us with some handy tweaks that helped us to customize our paperwork. Excellent service!
