The app is excellent for custom products and offers the flexibility to add items without listing them on Shopify. The support team is highly responsive and quick to implement any requested changes to fit our needs. While the custom section currently includes only basic design elements, there’s room for improvement with more design customization options. Overall, it’s a great app with solid functionality and outstanding support. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience to other merchants! Your encouragement is the greatest motivation for us to move forward and provide better and better service. If you need any further help don't hesitate to contact us. We hope your store gets more and more sales. All the best:)
