The app is not stable and data disapears everytime, the support is slow to answer. And the worse thing is that when they fixed something, another is broke now !

We tested numerous form creation apps, and Pify is by far the best. It offers numerous configuration options that other apps don't offer. Above all, it offers the ability to format almost any field with rich text. It also integrates products with sum functions excellently. Minor remaining issues were resolved immediately by support. Overall, a highly recommended app at a very reasonable price.

This app has a ton of customization and is easy to set up. No coding required and allows customers to fill out their order form right from an embedded page!

Stopped sending me emails after a few days. Emails to customers have never worked. App would be ok but is relatively buggy. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The for is great but I don't get any notifications when customers contact me, I saw that I already lost two businesses. A great form without creating communivcation isn't really helpful. I cannot find any setting to enable email notifications either. We regret to hear that you missed two business opportunities. Our form sends an email to the administrator's email address set in the form upon user submission. You can open the form editing page, go to Settings, expand the Email to Admin section, and modify the administrator's email address. After making the changes, you can click the Send a test email button to verify whether your email can receive messages properly. If you are still unable to receive emails, please contact us at support@pifyapp.com, and our team will assist in resolving the issue.

The customer service responds promptly and the form can be designed in a variety of ways. We wanted to customize something on the app and it was solved quickly!

Pify is an amazing app. We used it to source 40+ part time employees and it was seemless to use.

I personally find "Blank Form", "Copy of Blank Form" and "Copy of Copy of Blank Form" very confusing.

This app deserves 6 truly. I would say this app is the best form app for us. First of all, We have installed and tried about 8 form apps and most of them have some limitations. (I.e. this app is the only/one of the few that could connect to Microsoft Exchange though SMTP). Secondly, Sunny is super helpful and we asked for some custom feature and he really look into it and help us to achieve that. With the best hardware and software, this app should at least rank top 3 among all form apps!!!
