I've only just installed this, but the support was top-notch and it looks like it is going to serve us really well! We needed to allow only certain customers to pay via bank deposit/invoice, and by setting that up in our payment section, and then using this, we hopefully finally will be able to achieve that! So far so good :)

I've been looking for a fufillment app that would offer live rates, levels of customisation regarding carriers and packing parameters, and ease of use and so far this has been exactly what we're after. And the support has been exceptional! Within a couple of minutes of installation, I had a phone call from the lovely Addina to offer guidance and she was so patient - even when I called her back at least 3 more times to get more advice and clarification. She even did a Zoom call to ensure that I knew how to get the best out of the app. So happy to finally find what I was after!! Highly recommend!!!

This is the 3rd of the Shop Doctors' apps that I've installed and they work together and complement each other really well! The plan pricing is extremely reasonable and their support and customisation where needed has been second-to-none (they have even been able to assist where Shopify's support could not!) Would highly recommend all of their apps - they have allowed us not only to create incentives for our customers, but to also display essential elements of the shop's interface to counter Shopify's many default limitations. They've helped us get our online shop exactly how we want it!

This app and the support from the crew have been a lifesaver for us! So simple but so effective in allowing you to take control and customise your shipping charges into several postcode zones while also setting free shipping protocols according to price and weight simultaneously. And prompt replies for support too - they even go the extra mile and let you know of any other potential problems with your configurations (they found a couple of my silly errors before they became a problem for me!) Highly recommend!!!

The app did exactly what we needed and was very simple to set up. Customisation was also good but by far the best element of the app has been the support from Shop Doctors. They have been extremely patient, thorough and generous with their time/ideas on how we could get the best out of the app - even configuring some elements for us where Shopify's limitations held us back from achieving what we needed. It was so good we installed a second app from Shop Doctors to improve the interface/functionality for our customers even further. So good!! Thank you for posting your amazing review!
