With multiple UPS accounts and a USPS account, this application has easily saved us dozens of hours and many thousands of dollars by accurately selecting the correct shipping modality and faithfully transmitting the price to the customer. Before using this app, we were constantly losing money on shipping when the amount quoted to the customer was less than the amount we had to pay on the back end. Their support is amazing also - click a link, schedule a time (always tons of availability) and a super smart, knowledgeable, and helpful person joins the call. I've never needed more than 30 minutes with Support to completely configure a new carrier/box sizes/handling fees, etc. I can't recommend this app enough if you have multiple package sizes, a wide variety of shipping weights and distances, and multiple carriers.
