Installed the application to update to a google font to refresh the store look. Ran into a few glitches on the font translations. Contacted support and within 30 minutes was working with Anna. She was amazing, patient, and helpful. We updated the icon elements and other issues related to 3rd party app integrations what were not reflecting the font update. We will test the app and fonts for a few weeks to ensure speed is not degraded. That said, I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to test without concern of the support being their to back you up when needed. Anna, your team is lucky to have you! Scott G.

Highly recommend this company! We were looking for an easy solution to handle bulk meta tagging for dimensional tags on the variant levels that would integrate with our bespoke shipping coding. Reached out to their support email and received a response within minutes. Not only did they immediately engage a skype and screen share call; they adjusted the application which would allow the meta tagging bulk uploads to the desired format we were using. This process was completed within 12 hours and saved our integrations team an immense amount of time. They even assisted with the bulk uploads and offered VERY competitive additional custom work as needed. We are currently engaging with their team on new work with their application. If you want to control your products on variant levels, or have a large store as we do (over 15,000 products) and want a solution to address the lack of variant tagging, then Fenil and his team are going to be indispensable. This is an amazing app! A must-have for any store that wants to solve one of the biggest weaknesses within the standard Shopify set up. The lack various shipping options and logic within Shopify was a huge issue that was solved with this application. However, where Bespoke out-performs is the service and support. Min is an absolute genius and takes the time to get your rules in order, and implemented correctly. I would highly recommend spending a little extra to have her handle the heavy lifting on implementation. Our set-up was very complicated with over 20 vendors, and at least 30 different output scenarios to the shipping options based on vendors in the cart, stock in various locations, and our WMS, vs. drop shop vendors etc. The code she developed was over 500 lines and extremely clean. Even our CTO reached out to me to make a point and compliment her on the organization of the coding and efficiency on how it was written. If you have a complicated set-up, you can expect a few adjustments to be made, but Min will be there very step of the way responding and changing to your needs within 12-24 hours. We had been researching our freight solutions for months and couldn’t have been happier that we made the choice to go with Bespoke. There were even several nights whereas Min would be working for hours in real time with us as we went live on site with the app. Lastly, the financial benefit can not be understated. Since incorporating this application our conversions increased by 30%, shipping revenue increased 80% while customer satisfaction based on testimonial pages went from a point of dis-satisfaction, to one of areas which we can be proud of from a customer service perspective. We couldn’t live without this application and only wish we had implemented 6 months sooner. There are few apps that have a support staff whom do what they say within the time frame quoted, and whom you can count on to be there downstream as needed. This is once company who will. With so many apps to sort through it can be difficult to really determine which ones are the must-have additions to your store. We have tested numerous set-ups and companies over 24 months have finally narrowed it down to what we think are right additions. Limespot Personalizer fits the bill as one technology you should consider. If you are on the fence about adding LS, read on and I’ll be happy to share the top-level reasons why you can rest assured. About three months ago we were migrating to a completely new theme and V3 for Sexyshoes.com. We were focused on three key components; Drag on speed, Service/Support, and simplicity of use with desired results. After testing on our beta site, we were able to confirm the JS and speed drags were minimal, if even barely noticeable. There are never any gyrations in response times either which indicated a stable consistent response time to result the sliders into our store. Page speed scores were not penalized, and we decided to moved forward to the next point on the checklist. Support is where this company really shines. I must say we are not an easy customer and require our partners to provide a high level of expertise, knowledge, and support. Michelle was outstanding and was there every step of the way. Not just by tickets/email; we are talking scheduled phone calls, testing on the beta site, and ultimately right through the live tests within our schedule to avoid significant customer interruptions. She was able to take our mock ups and create a matching feel to our theme that is top notch and exactly to the specifications we designed. Michelle was also there through over 50 emails and a month of ramp up. Their customer support alone would be a reason to pull the trigger. What’s the result here though? Since we don’t incorporate variant colors within the same product, we wanted a solution which would allow for the other colors to be shown as sliders on product pages, as well as suggested items to increase sales. The algorithm they use to accomplishes this well. With little time on our end, the app almost always nails it on getting the customer to see the other variations, which accomplishes a lot if you prefer to show your products individually within collection pages, as we do. The recently viewed sliders are a must have and no brainer, but the various options and set ups to show similar items, trending, upselling, etc. via numerous sliders works logically with very little time. The system learns your products quickly and presents what you want the customers to see, creating a method to show more of your products in a way that increases overall revenue of the store. To that end, the million-dollar question would be what kind of impact does this app really make? For us we have enjoyed a 22% increase in sales directly related to this app. So, the claims are true! If you want to increase your business by similar amounts, or if not greater numbers (we limit the number of sliders for our particular set up), then give the company a go.
