This app has really allowed my company to simplify the returns process. I had a little trouble at first setting and understanding the parameters but the help has been great! They are always available and able to help me with any issues quickly! Update: It’s been almost 3 years since we started using this app and I’m still impressed. They’ve continued to roll out new features, helpful integrations, and consistent improvements. What stands out most is the continued support — even after all this time, they’re still quick to help with any questions or issues. This is the kind of long-term reliability every business needs.
So far so good. I haven't been using the app very long but my onboarding call was really helpful and promising! I look forward to seeing how this app can help my team understand customer behavior even more!
