We recently made the switch from Eventbrite to Hoppy Appointments, and it has been one of the best moves for our business. By bringing our bookings in-house and streamlining the checkout process, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in sales. Best of all, it’s saving us hundreds of dollars every month in third-party fees. The app is reliable and works exactly as advertised. The only feature currently missing that would make this a 10/10 is the ability to do bulk uploads or bulk changes. Managing a high volume of slots manually is the only friction point in an otherwise wonderful experience. If you’re looking to cut costs and own your customer journey, I highly recommend this app!
