Out of all the tiered pricing, bulk discount apps on shopify, this app by Shopacado is the fastest and less glitchy of them all. I tried several apps before this one. You would need to click "checkout" several times before the app finally took you to the checkout page. With this app, it's one simple click. I noticed that these apps take a bit to take the customer to the checkout page, this is likely because the app has to correctly calculate the bulk pricing discount. But it is fast. Moving on to technical issues, like any other shopify app, some themes may experience issues with installation. We reached out to them with some issues and they had it fixed within hours. Sometimes, they would fix it within minutes. There is also a request feature on the app where we can make requests for future implementation and improvements. I appreciate the level of customer service and dedication that this team has displayed and I recommend this app. A well-deserved 5 stars. My only hope is that they maintain the level of service they are providing now. It is their strongest asset.

Originally I gave this app a 1-star review because the email didn't send to all addresses. However, I found that it sends the email to all addresses but it takes longer to arrive than others. After speaking with the app developer, I realized that they are willing to offer great customer service. They have plans to address this issue and I have no doubt they will address it. The app is free completely and I hope it says that way. I had some issues applying it to other pages, but they were helpful in resolving this issue as well. Customer service is very responsive even with a large time difference. I am upgrading my review to 5-stars as this developer has shown a true commitment to the success of users in their platforms. App is perfect! Works well. No issues. Easy interface. We tested the codes on our products and everything was fine. Exporting codes worked and was easy to do. Modifying the discount is easy as well. 5/5

I used a few of these re-stock applications on shopify. This one is by far the best one I have tested. Very easy to use. Functions properly and I haven't needed to contact support for anything. Other apps are very problematic. Not worth the hassle. The price is fair. I am happy with this app. Thank you.

Customer service and tech support is absolutely top of the line. I sincerely hope it stays that way. 5 dollars per month for the advance plan is a steal. Let's hope it stays that way too. The application itself did give us a couple of headaches and created 1 strange bug with our collection page but it was fixed in a timely manner by their team. Other than that the app works great.
