We have been using this service since it launched. I have personally spoken with Nick and helped them make important updates that would help many many businesses. They have made amazing progress since launch and I have had very little hiccups making it work exactly how I need it to work. Customer service responds quickly and is very helpful. This app has exceeded my expectations and I am glad to be away from all the others. Functions. Simple. Customer Service is fantastic. Spread the word! They deserve it! I uploaded a disastrous csv to shopify yesterday and started to freak out. It wiped all my variant skus out completely and I couldn't fix it. I was like "oh I have that backup app i never thought i would need." I ran it back to the night before and it FIXED EVERYTHING (but inventory). Saved me an insane amount of time. Thank you so so so much.

This app has been a game changer for our website. It takes a bit to learn how it functions but I built a massive database of tags to create some seriously incredible filters. Yes you need to put in work to make this a masterpiece like I did. We have not had many issues since launch, out of the box, it is amazing. We have created so many that the system finally said... no no no that is just too much lol. I contacted customer service and Oliver was incredibly helpful and patient with me. We were able to fix the issue, and now this thing is firing on all cylinders. I do not have any data to show this app slowed down my site in any way. I see my speeds slowed down but there seem to be 2 other apps junk code that are causing it. So I can honestly say after about a year of using it, this app is amazing. - Sean
