Excellent technical support. The software does what is has to do. Greate when combined with Etsy Reviews Exporter and Esty Email Extractor chrome plugins. Highly recommended. The software lacks the ability to assign reviews to products after the file has been uploaded. a new upload will be required. I think a more user friendly interface is highly needed.
