Excellent customer service and works as described...early days, but it does the job.
Game changer for our DTF shop. Customers upload their design, the app reads the dimensions, calculates the price automatically, and they check out with zero back and forth. No more manual quoting, no more chasing customers for file fixes. The per-square-inch pricing works exactly as advertised and the auto-nesting on the gang sheet builder is genuinely impressive. AI background removal catches files that would have slowed us down. But what really sets Tally apart is the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and actually care about getting your setup right. Every question I had was answered fast and they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for our specific workflow. If you run a DTF or sticker shop and want an app that actually does what it promises with a team standing behind it, this is the one.
