No responce to my tickets, which were simply deleted rather than answered. JS keeps crashing, and the support team refuses to fix it.

Snap B2B was the perfect solution for offering a specific set of discounts on specific products to a specific set of customers. As with anything new, you have to figure out how to navigate the features and setup in the beginning, but this is where Camelia in the support staff really came through for me. Camelia followed up and was quick to reply in usually just a few hours. Within about a day I was able to get my custom price list completed and live and appears to be working well for my customers.

Support team is very helpful and fast.

They slowed my website. when they added a code and all my product page takes time to load also the check out is really bad

I was happy with SnapB2B until mid-December when it has started to generate data on every order. I raised this with support on 16 Dec 2025, and they said they would get back to me as they need to speak to the development team but still have not got back to me and it is 06/01/26. Also now the app is not working at all!! They use to have support via live chat but now rely on AI and email. Which means I have no way of escalating this when they do not reply to my emails!.

We use this app for B2B specific pricing and it works perfectly, not only in the cart but in every price display. Outstanding support from their team, especially Vince, who helped us configure the app in our theme within minutes.

For the first day, i'm happy to use the app.

We have had some challenges but this is currently running well.

I hope you are doing well. I would like to raise a concern regarding the current customer login and pricing behaviour on our store. At present, when a customer registers as a wholesale user, a “Wholesale” tag is automatically added to their account. Due to this, once they are tagged as wholesale, they are unable to view retail prices from their side. If they want to purchase as a retail customer, they are forced to log out and browse the store without logging in. There is no customer-side option to switch between retail and wholesale modes, which is creating confusion for users who want to place both types of orders. I kindly request clarification or a possible solution for the following: Can customers be given a toggle or option to switch between Retail and Wholesale modes? Is there a way to allow logged-in wholesale customers to view retail prices as well, without removing the wholesale tag? Are there settings or app configurations that can improve this experience? This is an important concern since it directly affects customer workflow and order conversions. Please look into this issue and advise us on the best possible solution. Sometimes customers buy on wholesale basis sometimes customers purchases on retail basis so order limit we set moq 10 pcs due to that they cant go for single pc Thank you for your support.

This is the best app. I explored and tried multiple apps including the apps with good rating but this app is really good. You have all in this app. Most importantly, the app support team including developers are very helping. I had multiple queries and they solved it. They even open to resolve the big issues as well. For my store the developer team did well.

Great support! There was an issue on "compare prices" not showing, but after speaking to Alice, who was very helpful, she got to the bottom of it for me and sorted it out!

Customer service is very quick to react and keeps constant communication. Tobias was very helpful with making the new price update work with our custom shopify theme. We had a bit of an issue with another discount we had applied sitewide but luckily Alice was able to help us out and we got it sorted. I can recommend this app to any business that wants to do group specific discounts and not spend tons of money on expensive memberships.

The app was difficult to set up. The registration form didn’t display correctly, appearing below the footer, with no options to adjust its placement. It also installs code into your theme without providing any way to remove it. We use the latest version of Dawn, the free Shopify theme so claims to be compatible. When registering a B2B account, no confirmation email was received. We later discovered it had gone straight to the spam/junk folder, which is far from ideal. There’s also no option to send emails from your own domain, which would help prevent this. On top of that, we couldn’t log into the B2B account at all, as it kept rejecting the correct user credentials. Support is only available via email, not live chat, which made resolving these issues even harder. Fortunately, we had backed up our theme before installing, so we were able to revert once we uninstalled. Overall, the app feels like a quick workaround to add B2B functionality without upgrading to Shopify Plus, but in practice, it’s unreliable and poorly executed.

Don't have too much time on the app, but loving it so far! We are a small business with only a few customers in need of B2B pricing. After searching for what felt like a year, we came across Snap and it was exactly what we needed! Started with the free plan as a trial, but definitely upgrading so we can set up more price lists for different customer groups! Alice did an amazing job answering my questions and helping me through the app set-up!

Good Day SnapB2B When will my Refund be done ?

Seems to work pretty well... BUT... If you are going to change your pricing structure maybe give a heads up to your users so it doesn't mess up their website without being given the opportunity to upgrade. Spent the entire morning trying to figure out why our customers weren't seeing their discounted pricing only to find out that Snap changed thing and deactivate our account until we paid more. Which we would have done if we were given a heads up beforehand,

This app was perfect for our use case because it support wholesale pricing for orders created from both font end (via checkout) and back end (via draft orders). It's been working well for the past 3 months. Had to contact the support team at WhizzCommerce recently to resolve a minor bug, and the response was excellent, and fast.

We've tried multiple apps to add B2B pricing to our B2C store — this one stood out. The user interface is intuitive, which makes working with it pleasantly easy. The B2B Price List function lets you apply different pricing for different customer groups depending on their log-in status or tags, specific pricing for specific markets and it lets you apply specific prices to products or variants via a dropdown menu of your shopify products (great if you don't like working with .csv files). You can also set pricing rules like a fixed discount amount or percentage and also set a fixed start and end date of when to apply said discounts. Although this app is free, the customer service is quick to respond, friendly and makes an effort to make the app work for you and your store (thank's again Autumn!).

Definitly a 5/5 rating! I've tried multiple B2B Wholesale pricing apps, yet we decided to use this for our shop allesvoorovens.com where we sell industrial materials to our normal customers but also to our bigger clients with specific discounts. Via the app now we are can give customers The set up of this application was done for us in 5-10 mins and really easy to maintain. Also the support team is very helpfull and quick in their responses. I would recommend every user that has similare business requests to use this application!

I have tried several B2B apps, ranging from very expensive to more affordable options. Unfortunately, none of them met my specific needs or were overly complex. This app, however, is simple and does exactly what it should. My B2B customers can log in using their standard Shopify accounts and view their tailored pricing. While the app is straightforward, it fulfills its purpose perfectly, and the support is excellent.
