The app adds a lot of value, and for the most part, I am very happy with it. However recently I have not been able to edit the thank you pages. The first time I contacted support they solved the issue within the day, 1 week later the same issue happened again. I reached out to support and it has been 7 days with no updates, and I am unable to make the changes I need to optimize and generate more revenue.

We use the advanced account profile, store credit app and referral for our store. It works great and integrates with Klaviyo to automate a lot of the notifications and bring customers back for repeat orders. The team is very supportive and have helped us multiple times to make customisations to improve the user experience based on our business needs. Great product and great team!
