I am extremely happy with the Shopney app. The functionality is flawless; it has truly transformed my Shopify store into a professional, smooth mobile app with no coding required. It works perfectly and has been key to improving my customers' experience and boosting sales. But what truly stands out is their customer service. The support team is incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. They are always available to help with any question or issue, which makes the user experience fantastic. I recommend it 100%! It is an investment that is totally worth it to grow your store.
I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service through the chat feature. The support representative was prompt in their responses and incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful.
