I have been using the app for my Shopify orders for a while now with no issues. When I changed another app in my store, I needed help to customise the invoicing app. I reached out to Robert from Simple Invoice and he couldn't have been any more helpful. He resolved the issue over email super quickly and got everything working perfectly again! I only had to send an email to explain the issue and within a couple of emails back and forth, the issue was fixed! Thanks so much to Robert and the team. Great app for my Shopify orders and amazing, fast customer service! Would recommend 100%!
