I have had to contact customer service twice in the last week. Each time they have helped me resolve the issues I was having. Two were user-error and they kindly helped point that out, without making me feel ignorant. The third issue was adding to the code, and the team helped me with that issue.
They have been so helpful in getting my store set up! I mean they have answered every question and responded promptly. Im currently waiting for an error to be fixed as well as a custom feature to be added and its been about 1.5 hours so far and they have been very communicative even though its nighttime where they are. I'll be eagerly awaiting the email telling me the updates are done. Our store looks so much better with the OPTIS app!
This app is incredibly helpful when you have many product options to manage. The live chat support team is always available, super friendly, and genuinely helpful! They even shared tips on displaying our options more clearly, which we hadn’t thought of until they suggested it.

As a small business, we decided to build and manage our website ourselves using Shopify rather than hiring someone else to do it for us. As a florist, we needed a way for customers to choose multiple options and customize their orders—something we weren’t able to accomplish with Shopify’s standard product options. Shopify’s AI assistant recommended Optis Product Options, so we decided to give it a try. Since I’m definitely not a tech expert, I ended up using the “Chat With Us” feature in the app for help. The experience was fantastic! No phone call was needed—I simply explained what I was trying to accomplish and provided the information they needed. Within the same day, the problem was solved! Thanks to the Optis team, I’ll be able to get our products posted just in time for Homecoming weekend in our town and hopefully bring in some extra orders. Thank you so much to the Optis team for the quick response, great customer service, and all your help! It made a huge difference for our small business.
Super snelle hulp gehad toen de opties voor mijn borduurservice niet zichtbaar werden door een testinstallatie van een andere app. Nu werkt het wel. Nog even afwachten wat de klanten ervan gaan vinden ;-)

Set up a gift message field on our bath bomb gift sets in less than 10 minutes. Creating an option set and pointing it at a group of products is straightforward, and the text area does exactly what we needed for personalised gift boxes. Does the job without any theme editing.
Great app with many useful options for customizing products. It integrates well with Shopify and gives us the flexibility we need for more complex product configurations. I also had an issue with the Add to Cart behavior and the cart drawer, and the support team was responsive and helpful in investigating the problem. Overall, a very useful app with great support. Highly recommended!

The product options work well for charging an additional cost to personalise products. The support was fast and any technical issue I have had previously with editing my options has been solved quickly.
**Amazing App for Product Customization!** OPTIS Product Options is a really useful app for Shopify stores. Really helpful app and the customer support has been great. Lina was super helpful with checking my setup and making some changes for me. It was fairly easy to set up the custom product options I needed. I just wish there were a few more customisation features available on the free plan.
I've struggled setting up a store that constantly updates variants, so this App made it so easy! But my packing slips didn't have the customer options on it. Shopify assistant recommended I reach out to OPTIS support, and I was blessed with Kaytlyn. She did all the hard work to update my account for me and set some other recommended items in order. THIS experience will help me so much and I am greatly appreciative for her :)

This app is helping us save hours of back-and-forth with estimates and customization. Still learning the platform, but it is already saving so much time. It was easy to set up, and OPTIS has the most attentive customer service I have experienced.
Great app and excellent support. Lina quickly checked our product options, removed the duplicated selected colour text and removed the OPTIS watermark. Everything now works correctly in the product page, cart and checkout. Friendly, responsive and very helpful service!

I own adaptive sports store How I Roll Sports. We've been using OPTIS for a little over 1 year. It has been vital to our unique custom product range and the Add-On options required for each product.
