We receive an email alert when a customer has submitted a request for a quote. Added this app to our Shopify store and had a couple of set-up issues. Tiana from the helpdesk was super quick to jump on the chat and even faster in rectifying and troubleshooting the issues I had. So far, the app works brilliantly and works well within our shop front. Will keep playing with it and adding to it so that it is more customised.
