We've had Trackr installed for a few months now, and it's made things easier for both our team and our customers. We use multiple shipping carriers, so having everything show up in one tracking experience has cut down on a lot of confusion. I also really like the branded tracking page—it feels like customers are still shopping with us instead of ending up on a random carrier website. We recently added product recommendations there, and it's been a nice way to keep customers engaged while they're waiting for their order. A quick shoutout to Valeria, who helped us with a couple of customization questions during setup. She was responsive, friendly, and got everything sorted much faster than I expected. Overall, it's been reliable and has definitely reduced the number of tracking emails we get.

We added HelpCenter mainly for the FAQ section, but ended up using the ticket system too. It’s actually very easy to manage everything from one place. Reduced a lot of repeat questions for us.

Was having issues with my Meta pixel not tracking purchases correctly. Installed FBtrack and support checked everything for me. Turns out I had duplicate events. They fixed it quickly. Working fine since then.

Great app. It finally helped me set up my Facebook pixel properly after the “Facebook & Instagram” app didn’t work for me. The best sales popup app! It has a lot of extra features like a stock/scarcity counter on the popup, click stats (!!), only displaying the currently-viewed product so you can keep customers focused on that product, and allowing you to hide the app branding for free! Really great!
