At Last has made our returns process so much easier to manage. It’s reduced the amount of time our customer service team spends on returns and we’re getting fewer messages from customers asking for updates, as they can easily track the status of their return themselves. The reporting is really useful too and gives us much better visibility over what’s being returned and refunded. It’s taken a lot of the manual work out of the process and has been a great addition for us.

Maxxie was brilliant at showing us how easy the app is to use! If you are use to working on shopify then this will be so straight forward to set up and integrate into your website.
