At Last — Returns & Exchanges

At Last is a brilliant system that enables customers to manage their returns. What is also brilliant from an e-commerce point of view is that it is so easy to set up, modify and tailor to your business needs. When I was first introduced to At Last, the presentation of the app was amazing and the support after that has been second to none, as they are very quick to respond and help with any queries we have had. The reports are great too and very useful! I highly recommend At Last to everyone, it is a great app with great support if and when you need it.

We have been using At Last for a few months now and it has made our returns process so much smoother and allows for customers to create and handle their returns without having to contact our customer service department which has made things a lot easier for us. It's clear and easy to use, which means fewer "how do I send this back?" emails to our support team and a better experience for the customer. It's also very flexible. We run several brands, and all of them sit in one account with a single login, so the team can see every return on one screen. Setting up different return methods and options to suit how we work has been painless. For us, the best part is the API and webhooks. We've connected At Last to our other systems, so when a return reaches our warehouse it automatically creates a ticket for our support team and matches it to the customer's order. The customer gets an update and our agents can process the refund or exchange straight away, without anyone having to check things by hand. Few returns platforms make that kind of integration this easy. I'd recommend At Last to any e-commerce brand that wants a professional returns experience for its customers and a platform flexible enough to plug into its own systems.

As a small team it has really helped to alleviate a lot of admin that used to previously come with returns - we were previously manually creating labels on Royal Mail Click & Drop and sending them to the customer! Highly recommend the At Last portal - we've had a really great experience so far as a clothing brand with naturally high return rates. We have been using the "At Last" returns portal for 2 years - the developers are extremely responsive to client needs and keep adding excellent new features. The UI is easy to use from a customer perspective and the back-end simple and well laid-out when needing to amend settings. Great functionality, especially ability to offer store credit rather than a refund, and an improved dashboard for a useful operational snapshot of the returns in your business.
