We've had an excellent experience using At Last. The platform is straightforward to use, and our customers find the returns process simple and intuitive, significantly reducing the time we spend managing returns. The platform has been reliable, and the At Last team has always been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions. We'd happily recommend At Last to any Shopify retailer looking for an efficient, customer-friendly returns solution.
This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function! But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.
