The conversation AI is very intuitive and can help guide abandoned customers back through the funnel much easier than email notifications. I reached out to the support recently to help me set up more countries to target and to help expedite my phone number verifications. I also had a few queries about optimizing my settings. Alexandra was very helpful, responded quickly and gave me direct informative answers to my queries. Would definitely recommend as an essential app for everyones Shopify store.
