As a small yet growing business, Loox is providing us with an important channel of feedback with our clients. We have had a few things we needed help with and the customer support has been fantastic. Special shout out to Aya who was amazing and extremely efficient in assisting us.
We had such a wonderful launch journey with Ian, Suki, Kelsey and Vinson. Each of them really took the time to listen to our needs and came up with accommodating and innovative solutions. We were really impressed by how intelligent and efficient the rebuy team were. We have only just launched so we will be monitoring the results over the next two months but I have to say, this team has already made it rewarding for us. Thank you for an amazing, launch service!
