So far, so good. Set up and embedding on website was easy. Customer service for any questions is prompt and clear.

Customer service is fast to reply and very helpful. But the app itself made the upsell process on our store very awkward and clunky. Then we were charged really high fees for any upsellf that were made. There's definitely better options out there.
