Installed it, worked, asked support, got what I needed fixed. For now all seems well, will update in the future if issues arise but 5/5 would be the correct outcome for now.

I have no idea on what timeline these people are but it's 4 AM in my country and I got my issue solved in about 4 minutes. That sums up their support, thanks Helen again for providing it and if anybody's reading this, have a nice day.

A few hiccups here and there but overall a good experience, app works pretty well, no major issues and even small stuff I had we solved with the support even late at night. If I could I would give them a 4.5 as I can see room for improvement, but I feel like they offer a very good overall deal. Thanks to SHRI for the support and keep doing great work!
