Excellent customer support! We experienced an issue with our product colour variants not updating correctly when customers added items to their cart. The GLO support team responded quickly, investigated the problem and successfully fixed it without affecting our other products. The app is easy to use and offers great customisation options. I've been using Globo for a long time now. I tried a few similar apps but ended up coming back to this one for the ease of use and the insane amount of options you can have. I sell digital items with many, MANY variants and this handles everything I need :D

Had a problem with some variants not connecting to the products - likely something i had done when making custom amendments to my store. The GLO team were able to access my store through collaborator access and had the issue fixed within a few hours. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge levels of live support, the expediency of my request (which was a little complicated) and also the general level of customer service.
I ran into an issue while using the app, but the customer support team responded almost immediately. They were incredibly helpful and resolved my problem without any hassle. Highly recommend this app not just for its features, but for the fantastic team behind it!
It's been working fine so far, it does what it says. If you periodically add new items or new suppliers and the color codes are very different, you are going to have to deal with setting those up. However if you have a stable set of suppliers and color codes stay the same pretty much all the time. Then it's a blast!
Good support experience. Sarah and the GLO team were helpful in checking our technical questions with their development team and providing CSS solutions for our Shopify theme integration. We especially appreciated their help with hiding single-value options and preventing Dawn’s native variant picker from flashing before GLO loads. Some of our more technical questions required a few follow-ups, but the team remained friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Great app and excellent customer support! They responded very quickly and fixed my issue just as fast. Special shout out to Sarah for really understanding my requests and working with the development team to make everything work the way I needed. The Product Group feature is by far my favorite function! It makes it so much easier to display all the products from each collection directly on the related product listing pages. This has been extremely helpful for organizing our collections and helping customers discover matching products. Really happy with the app and the support team!

Am loving this app as many of my products are often sold out in certain sizes so wanted an app that would show directly below the product of what sizes were left so customers didn't have to click into each product to figure it out. Am not very techie and Sarah was an angel and helped me install it through the chat. Great response and great help. Love it!

GLO Color Swatch Variant Image is exactly what my store needed. Setup was fast and beginner‑friendly, I didn’t touch a single line of code. The color and image swatches display nicely both on product pages and collection lists. When customers click different color options, the product images switch instantly. I was having trouble testing the app out for a client's site and I messaged support and was responded to by Annie within seconds and she was able to help me get everything set up with ease! Quick customer service. I was having some issues with specific appearance requirements and they resolved them on the exact same day. They even logged in as a collaborator to handle it for me directly.

They identified a compatibility issue with our Horizon theme, provided a temporary solution, and confirmed that they are already working on the full integration.
