winter-warehouse.com thinks this app is very good for a free app. Its very easy to use. We wish it had a few more options to respond when a customer writes a comment. The comments section seems to give the customer a place to make up there own terms/reasons for the return. Idf we could comment back with an approval/decline it would make things run smoother. Once we decline we cant change anything.

Peter N, was a huge help at setting this app up. He went above and beyond. Great customer service. Love the app but it does not work with our free shipping option so it is not a good fit for us.
