Hi Transaction records are immutable. As per double accounting standards, financial records are supposed to be non changing. To undo a transaction record, you can add a negative transaction entry This is also to protect affiliates from merchant related frauds and to provide merchants with financial audit capabilities This is exactly what you want (from a finance standpoint - double audit + immutability) If you are running a “casual” affiliate program, then most likely the app is not for you.
The user experience so far is pretty good, and the customer service replies are very timely!

This APP makes creating pages very simple and does not require any HTML knowledge. It is very pretty good to use and highly recommended!! Excellent support team!!
